Innovacar DL Lube – correction clay lubricant

DL Lube is a professional pH 8.0 lubricant designed for mechanical decontamination with correction clay. It reduces friction, protects bodywork paintwork and glass from damage, and facilitates the removal of contamination. The product is multifunctional - it can also be used as a lubricant for polishing wheels and discs, extending their service life and reducing dust formation.

Main features:

• Maximum protection – reduces friction and prevents scratches to the bodywork and windows.
• Effective lubrication – allows the clay to slide freely across the surface, reducing the formation of marks.
• Suitable for various jobs – can be used with clay, rags, wheels and discs in preparation and part care processes.

Ideal for:

• For preparing bodywork and glass before polishing or coating.
• For lubrication during mechanical decontamination with clay.
• For lubricating polishing wheels and reducing dust during polishing.

Usage:

For mechanical decontamination with clay:

1. Wash the car and do a “bag test” to check for contamination.
2. Choose the most suitable clay depending on the contamination and condition of the bodywork.
3. Prepare the clay by lubricating it with DL Lube.
4. Apply the product to the panel and work in a cross motion – horizontally and then vertically.
5. Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth and continue across the panels until the entire car is treated.
6. Use undiluted.

As a lubricant for polishing:

• Dilute 1:8 to 1:10 (90–110 ml of product to 890–910 ml of water).
• Spray onto the disc when it begins to become saturated to extend the life of the paste and reduce dust formation.
