Which shipping methods are available?
If the order is over 0.76 cm wide, it is delivered only by courier.
For smaller orders, delivery by parcel machine is also possible.
Orders outside Latvia are delivered only by courier.
How long does delivery take?
Usually delivery time is 1–3 business days in Latvia.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery price in Latvia starts from €4.99, depending on the weight and volume of the order.
For orders over €150, delivery in Latvia is free.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, if the item is not used, it can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt.

What is the quality and warranty of the films?
Allstars offers professional tinting films.
- Indoor films – 5-year warranty,
- Outdoor films – 7-year warranty.
How long do the films last?
According to the installation rules – until the warranty period (5–7 years).
Product selection & installation
Which film darkness should I choose?
- For residential or work spaces with a need for privacy – 75%.
- If the main thing is protection against heat – 50%.
- For technical rooms – 90%.
Should the film be applied inside or outside?
- For single-chamber windows, the film can be applied either inside or outside.
- For double- or triple-chamber windows, the film must only be applied on the outside; otherwise, thermal shock may occur and cause the glass unit to crack.

Can blackout film be used on double-glazed windows?
No. On double-glazed windows, only mirror film may be applied to avoid thermal shock.
Can I install the films myself?
Yes, our films are also suitable for self-installation. All necessary tools are also available.

Are the goods available locally?
All window films are always available in stock.
Can I view samples before ordering?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our store at Brīvības iela 202, Riga.
If you don't want to go to the store, we can also send you film samples by mail - completely free of charge. Just send us an email.
