Innovacar 100% Scale – intensive limescale and mineral cleaner

100% Scale is a new generation, acidic pH (1.5) surface cleaner designed for all exterior vehicle parts. It quickly and effectively removes limescale deposits, salt stains, acid rain residue and light oxidation, restoring the appearance of surfaces and preparing them for further protection.

Ideal for:

• For removing limescale, salt and acid rain stains from glass, paint and other body parts.
• For surface decontamination before polishing or applying a new coating.
• For removing old protective coatings.
• For preparing glass and headlights for coatings such as SC3 Glass Sealant.

Usage:

Particularly persistent limescale, mineral and acid rain stains or old coatings:

1. Ensure the surface is cold and not in direct sunlight.
2. It is recommended to use SP1 Prewash and DS Scale Shampoo beforehand.
3. Apply undiluted product with a microfiber applicator using vertical and horizontal movements.
4. Leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water (preferably with a high-pressure washer).

Normal cleaning of limescale and minerals:

1. Dilute the product 1:5.
2. Spray onto the surface of the panels, leave for 2–3 minutes.
3. If necessary, use a soft brush, then rinse.

Cleaning windows and headlights:

1. Ensure the surface is cold and not in direct sunlight.
2. It is recommended to use SP1 Prewash and DS Scale Shampoo beforehand.
3. Apply with a microfiber applicator, leave for a few minutes.
4. For more active cleaning, use a medium-hard brush or scrub, then rinse.

Dilution:

• For special cleaning: use undiluted.
• For daily cleaning: up to 1:5 (160 ml of product + 840 ml of water per 1 L of solution).

Important: Do not use on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight. Do not allow product to dry on glass or bodywork. Do not use undiluted on unpainted or acid-sensitive surfaces. If in doubt, test in an inconspicuous area.
